Do you have questions or concerns regarding how we practice wound management or the evidence guiding our care ?
We speak of the science and the practice but sometimes the two do not seem to compliment each other. AWSA Summer School invites you to bring those challenging questions to a group of key opinion leaders and your fellow experienced clinicians, researchers, and academics to ‘hash out’ those questions or concerns. We may collectively come up with solutions to change the way we teach, continue to research or just the way we deliver our care to those with complex hard to heal wounds.
This is not an ordinary conference, we encourage discussion, everyone has a voice—over coffee, in the sessions and over dinner. By commencing this model of learning we hope to open your minds to new concepts and re-evaluate the evidence, come and share with others – we join together to learn from each other.
Numbers are limited so register quickly.
Target audience: clinicians with greater than 3 years experience who have a broad experience in the area of wound management, whether it be in acute, aged, community, primary health, research or education. Years of experience plays a role in knowledge development and consolidation.
All prices are in $AUD and are inclusive of GST.
